Dr. Hicks did my braces when I was young, and now Dr. McMurphy is doing my son, Jack's. They have a long history of excellence, and take the time to explain in detail to me why they are doing what they are doing, and I really have appreciated that. The staff is always warm and friendly, and the facilities are extremely impressive. Thanks for all you do!
Great Staff and Quality Service – Very impressed with Dr. McMurphy and the office staff. Quality of care provided the best in the city. Dr McMurphy spends as much time with his patient as he does with the parent. We've never felt rushed. My wife likes the fact that if you have an appt for 2 pm, your appt starts at 2 pm. You do not get stuck in the waiting room for 30 minutes or an hour. This group doesn't double book or overbook their appointments. They definitely stress quality over quantity. Excellent – I was very pleased with the treatment I received at Dr. Hicks and McMurphy. I always hated my crooked teeth so at 22 I decided to get braces. I was thrilled with the results. The doctors and their staff are excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking an orthodontist.
Best Orthodontic care in the South – I have 3 daughters who have all been patients of Dr. Hicks. They all love him. He is the best I have seen. His staff is the best, friendly and caring. They treat you like family! – Dr. Hicks and all of the staff at Hicks-McMurphy are always there to greet Bowen in a caring but professional and helpful way. I never thought a child would look forward to orthodontist appointments, but he truly loves going (even when he doesn't miss school)! :) We are thankful for Dr. Hick's and the work he does.
