We have sadly had more than one awful experiences at this vet . The communication between the doctors and patients is NOT even close to what it should be. I have never had a vet clinic that I have been unhappy with and honestly have never left a negative review . I really think you should think twice before choosing this vet, sadly .....

I deleted my first review to try to be the bigger person, but Dr. Mitchell has since blocked me after denying that he threatened to sue me for slander. (I have the voicemail saved if anyone would like to Pm me and hear it). My sick dog was seen with my mother by Dr. Mitchell who did not perform a full exam on the dog. I sent my mother to the vet with the dog after observing very dark urine, lethargy, and pale gums. The dog has abdominal distention, and internal bleeding, dehydration, and/or poor kidney function was my concer... read more

Edited after discussion with Dr. Mitchell: Absolutely horrendous! My mother took her 8 yo Border Collie into the vet for an evaluation with complaints of dark urine. The dog has (as noted by me and the reason for this visit) very pale gums, lethargy, and a large and long-standing abdominal mass (mass was previously examined by another vet in the office, per Dr. Mitchell, so it is not of his concern today I guess). Thank you again for being open. Out of all the times our sweet Scooby would have anything going on it would be during a world crisis, where I need to bring him in it was today. Our family is so thankful that the staff and Dr Hale were there to see us today. Everyone was awesome and so kind, as always. This family appreciates your hard work and dedication.
