During a visit to Dr. Macmillan's dental office, I experienced discrimination from his daughter Heather and observed unprofessional behavior from the dentist himself. I am considering filing an official complaint with the British Columbia Dental Association; however, I have refrained from doing so for personal safety reasons. The actions described caused significant distress, and I wish to make the public aware that the family business has exhibited racist tendencies, particularly towards individual of colour.
At almost 66 I’ve experienced at least 8 dental practices. The Ian McMillan practice is the best by far! Friendly, knowledgeable & professional.
After a lifetime of fears and anguish, Dr.Ian restored my faith in Dentists with his professional ease and informative chatter helped to calm the nerves and apprehension. Experience an atmosphere of caring and understanding from Mrs.M and all their staff.
What a A team.Friendly,professional,knowledgeable and most important GOOD.The work on my teeth has been exceptional.Great family dentistry.Also great hygienist Madison.
