I have been here for 2 hours already and I'm still waiting... paperwork was signed over an hour ago. Very unhappy with how this is being handled. Save yourself some time and avoid using this office for closing
Our experience with this closing firm was not positive. I asked my pre-closing agent for documents prior to closing in order to review them in advance, and they were not sent until an hour before closing, AFTER I called a different person and asked them to send them. I also called the morning of closing to ask what Covid precautions are being taken and we were told we would be in two separate rooms for closing. When they make a mistake they could own up to it and take responsibility for it. Instead they hide behind their lawyers and try to intimidate the very people that paid them in the first place. Sad that that tactic seems to be the fallback.
