Probably the worst meal I've had at a McMenamins. Ordered the mesquite ribeye (medium rare) with seasonal veggies and mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked right, but when I got it, it was cooling off, no seasoning at all. The veggies were just broccoli that were warm and drying out. The potatoes were the only thing that was somewhat hot only because the steak was served on top, but they too were bland and drying out. They did comp the meal. We ordered dessert and tipped well. Should have ordered a burger.

Was very disappointed in the service I received today. Came in to have lunch with my wife and kids. Sign said "seat yourself" so we sat outside on the back patio. Two different waitresses walked by but never acknowledged us. A few minutes later two guys walked by and sat one table from us and were helped right away. We decided to wait and see if we would be ignored when she came back from delivering their order.. Yep! My wife told her off and we left. We will never be back! Ever.

Food was ok things came on my sandwich that weren't on the menu so had to 're order. Wanted to buy a bottle opener but was told the manager was too busy to open the case, so they lost a sale. Pretty disappointing.
