When you come to McMenamin's, you expect the service to be slow and less than helpful. Today was exceptionally terrible. We didn't sit at the bar, so we literally had to flag down our sever for EVERYTHING. Water, food, drink refills, and the check. Nothing was offered and we definitely felt like we were bothering our server if we asked for anything. Food was good once we got it. Don't come here for the service. Do come here if you plan to sit at the bar and you don't mind speaking up for what you want.
Service Sucks! Red head curly hair awful service. The gentleman that took outlet beer order awesome!!! Told us someone would be over to take our order soon. Waited 15 minutes while they seated someone else, then promptly took their order. My boyfriend waited 5 minutes then went up to where they cook food to order since we had people walk past our table at least ten times!!!! Love walking in to grab a burger before work and being recognized by the same waiter...remembered where I work and I am usually in a bit of a hurry to eat and run.
Great menu, including happy hour, wonderful atmosphere.
Prefer their other locations better. Its ok though
