I thought the staff there was very friendly and kind and the food was delicious.
The beer was fabulous, brought home a growler. Food was good, but this time service not so good. Was overcharged twice. The server couldn't figure out wtf was going on. 3 people equals 3 drinks. Not double that. Wasn't going to give me the glass I purchased either. Had to wait for her to come around to ask for that too. She was new, so I don't wanna be too hard on her but come on
Usually have good service at all McMenamins, but this time no such luck. Beer good, food good though. They just couldn't get bill right. Went back in & they tried to fix it, but, still got it wrong.
Apparently our server went on break, we were not notified and sat for 20 minutes without being asked if we needed anything or given a check. Empty food plates sat on our table the for 20 mins. Food was a little dry and not tasty this time around.
