My visits at MCMC, also known as Adventist Health Center, have always been wonderful! No matter the reason why I'm there, they have listened, talked to me respectfully, and included my input with planning my care. I only wish they were 80 miles closer to me. These people all care about their patients! Months later and I still have no negative feedback to give. I can't think of anything for them to improve as they are the top of the cream in my numerous experiences.
Dr. Scrivens is a great doctor but the woman at the front desk is awful. I waited over a week for the office to put in the request for an MRI (the doctor ordered) when I called to follow up the woman told me they were short staffed and it was going to take another week! Two weeks to put a request through for an MRI?!? She was rude, unapologetic and made me feel like I was wasting her time. Totally unacceptable.
