Great group of professionals. Individually each person seemed to know their jobs, and met my teasing with more of the same. PT is also amazing. They care!
Family member went to the ER on Sunday and they sent a referral here (but suggested that she call them Monday) which she did, they said that they would review the x-rays and call her back to see about an appointment. We have yet to hear back from them. It is now past close of business on Wednesday and my mom is in a makeshift splint from the ER and has been in pain the entire time.
As i get older I'm needing more repairs lol. When i saw Carly she went beyond what she needed. I expected to see her for my healing rotator cuff surgery but when i told her about some pain in my wrist she took the time to check it out, explained what it was and she took care of it right then and there. She wanted to save me the trip and i appreciate it so much. The staff, all of them, from the front desk to the medical assistant, to the doctor are all very nice.
