Installer was qualified but his crew were very unprofessional. They cut corners on materials used were some items quoted but not written down (get every detail in writing). The planning of HVAC install especially ductwork and proper air delivery throughout the house was VERY POOR (we have bad air flow even after a follow up visit from one of their techs that did not listen to what we wanted). Overall not confident of their work and equipment installed has already failed twice.
Unprofessional and expensive. Work quality was poor. I would not recommend this business to others.
