McManus himself will email and text you that he is "coming next week" and then neither he or his crew shows. When you inquire, he promises he is coming the next week. I intended to buy my own plants and pay McManus to install them but McManus convinced me to pay an upcharge to have plants guaranteed so if they didn't survive, he would replace them for free.
