mike, jeff, and mikey in the shop went above and beyond to find me a tire to match the one i came in with that was punctured, they got my tire changed and balaned, and were even able to repair my old tire to keep as a spare just in case another one has an issue. and all within an hour.
Great service, quality work and polite personnel.
Took my truck to best one tire in Kankakee Illinois to get my tires balanced and the took grinder to my rims on my truck to grind off powder coat to install sticky weights. When I went in to talk to manager/owner they told me that’s how they do it. Then told me to go home and paint the rims. My truck cost me $36,000 and I will not be painting my rims. This is for the Illinois Rd. location. I asked for an oil change, tire check as my back driver side tire has been slowly leaking, and a headlight change on because the passenger side light aims downward and is much more dim than the driver side. The only thing that almost went right was the oil change, so I hope since my car is still reading an oil change is needed.
