Pathetic experience returned a new part and they charged 20% restocking fee Ripping off the carriers..
0 Stars. We had a truck there for 4 weeks. Kept being told "I will call you back" But they never did. I had to keep calling and calling no updates. Terrible communication, I also told them 6 times with 2 different trucks that we have a Volvo National account they still aren't listening. Get your truck towed to another Volvo dealer even if it cost you some more money I would stay away at all cost. Volvo should be ashamed to have them as part of their dealer network. Very rude people don’t go there
They don’t care you, I dropped my truck I buy truck last month vnl 860 with 158000 miles & abs sensor bad & check engine light on 2nd day I called 4 times & every time they told me we will call u nobody called me last night I called again & they said abs not in warranty & we don’t have parts it’s coming Tuesday how u can order parts if u don’t ask me I want or not now I have to wait for Monday now sitting in hotel for 4 days I have four Volvo trucks but never come Indianapolis Volvo dealership
