My mechanic replaced the king pins in my steer axle but there was still play in the shims. I came in today and asked them to check to make sure the shims were within spec for Volvo, basically to check my mechanics work. After two hours they said it was the bushings on the leaf springs and quoted me $6700. I declined the work order. When inspecting my truck I saw that the King pin caps had not been removed. This place has great salespeople. They are very nice and helpful but can't say the same about the shop. They are horrible at giving accurate updates. They told me my truck will be done today 4 days in a row. Definitely would not recommend this service center to anyone this is the worse service
Pathetic experience returned a new part and they charged 20% restocking fee Ripping off the carriers..
0 Stars. We had a truck there for 4 weeks. Kept being told "I will call you back" But they never did. I had to keep calling and calling no updates. Terrible communication, I also told them 6 times with 2 different trucks that we have a Volvo National account they still aren't listening. Get your truck towed to another Volvo dealer even if it cost you some more money I would stay away at all cost. Volvo should be ashamed to have them as part of their dealer network.
