DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE….. They have horrible employees , horrible customer service. Becky and another old man that picks up the service phone should be fired long time ago. They over charge you and speak VERY RUDE….. I want to give 0 STARS.
The customer service is terrible, they speak very rudely if they ever do pickup the phone, they will run your bill up for no reason, and overall very bad experience at this dealer. 0 stars. Don’t go here, better off buying some tools and doing the repairs yourself.
The service department needs to be re-trained on customer service. If I'm bringing a truck in that needs repairs(which is their job) I should be able to ask what's getting done and what I'm paying for without being dismissed. Once they do actually give you an answer, it's either an outright lie, or it's super rude. My company owns over 100 trucks, so when I get talked down to, or made to seem that I'm stupid..it's highly unprofessional. Friendly people best volvo truck dealership in Indiana a far as im concerned.
I could not be more pleased with the team at McMahon. My 2019 needed work completed on a tight time window. The service was done on schedule with great communication and work completed as expected.
