Extremely authoritative, you only matter if you are an owner, and long-term renters are treated with little respect. Very frustrating to deal live in a building where the water is constantly turned off, and the elevator is often down- while they police what you do in your unit. Very unbalanced
Very disappointed with this property management company. I have owned numerous properties with management companies and not a single one has been this poor. My condo is sitting with water damage (roof leak) for over a month now and not a single person has returned my countless phone calls. I would go as far as to not purchase any additional properties under this management company. DO NOT use this company. I will now have to spend countless hours on the board of our condo to try to bring in another company. This kind of busi... read more
