Jonny, the service department Manager took good care of me, making sure I had all the information I needed regarding a recall issue on my car. (It turned out to be a quick fix for the engine cooling fan.) Jonny was personable, courteous and patient in explaining what was needed and it was great to get my car serviced where the mechanics know FIATs well. ;) McLoughlin FIAT completed the work I needed in a timely manner and didn't try to sell me more than I went in for. Thanks, guys! I'll be back.
Great customer service!
Overcharged me 30$ per tire when local tire shops sell my tires put on my car for 30$ less. I know the price of tires so its ridiculous I was overcharged and mislead on a "tire deal" I looked the tires up on the website that they were going to put on my car before they installed to see the price as well. I also notice when I left the dealership a ticking sound which sounded like a nail in tires so I listened to how my tires drive and the normal sound wasnt right.
