Most unprofessional place I have ever encountered.
My service advisor Don and his team took excellent care of my 2013 Cruze. I visited the service department for routine maintenance and a check engine light. All was well and what made the visit even better was my car got a Bath!! Thank you guys for the excellent service! I will definitely be back.
I've had excellent experiences at the is dealer and, coming from me that says something since I am usually very critical of dealership service. The service here however was excellent. Carol,one of the service managers, was very attentive and informative and did her best to help out.

Great people! Laid back, no pressure. Made it very easy to buy. They did try and sneak the extended warranty in so watch for that. And they wouldn't budge on the sticker price.
The service department was great. Dean Scruton went above and beyond getting our Impala up and running. As we were "killing" time, Eugene from the sales department was great and knowledgeable as he showed us a new Impala. Unfortunately, we could not come to an agreement on a new car, but happy with the service from Dean and his crew at the Service Dept.
The dealership quoted a price for repairs to my Oldsmobile Bravada SUV but the final price came in under what was originally quoted! Also, I went into the dealership without an appointment but they were able to squeeze me in and got the repairs done in a very timely manner. The service writer did an excellent job!
The Service department is great, they have always provided my straight advice for the service on my '07 Silverado Duramax. It is always done on time and at the competitive price quoted.
