I work in a office at the plaza and there is no air conditioning and we have been trying to get Sandy to fix it with this heat. It’s a suffocating 75 degrees in this office of a morning and gets up to 95 by the afternoon. We had to go buy several fans and it doesn’t help. They was working on a suite next door and that’s when our air stopped working and we tried to tell her but she said it’s not her responsibility and claimed no one was on the roof when we seen them ourselves. Don’t take care of her tenants. They shut the vents in my company’s suite and it’s almost 90 degrees in here. It’s not even cool with fans . We are using 4 fans right now.
