Excellent place. What stands out is the care, compassion and the extra mile they go to help. Had an issue when visiting from out of province. Very honest people, highly recommend.
Dan at McLeod Auto Service is the man! After being sent in circles by Jeep and worrying that I was facing a major electrical or key-fob repair, Dan took the time to properly check my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. He was honest, friendly and straightforward. He didn’t try to sell me unnecessary parts or turn an intermittent issue into an expensive repair. On July 14th, something you hope would never occur on a vacation happened: car troubles. Especially when you’re traveling from the USA through Canada. It was our last day in Canada and we were visiting Niagara Falls after previously mucking about all of Ontario for the past five days.
