The wait is ridiculous My 92 yr old mother had an appointment and we waited way over an hour to be seen f2 minutes The waiting room is small with a weird setup. Have to go back to follow up after a test.
Scheduling is worthless. Last month I waited 2+ hours in the lobby. The place closed and I’m still sitting there waiting. Today, I asked to please not make me wait that long. I wasn’t feeling well for other reasons (related but not direct). An hour into my scheduled appointment, I’m told there are still 4 people ahead of me. I left. Why have an appt time? I wa treated by Dr Gajewski a short back and felt very comfortable with him. I needed to know I was in good hands. Literally!
Now that Atlantic Urology has been absorbed by McLeod, the scheduling and patient management is much improved. Also, Dr. Gangi is now part of McLeod. Tremendous physician.
