Unethical billing practices. Did not disclose outside charges in their estimate for treatment with a large discrepancy. Company is in violation of the federal no surprises act for uninsured cash pay patient. I will be filing a federal complaint for investigation.

We had to see a specialist while out of town. Overall this group was very impressive from the NP Jessica to the entire office working as a team (front desk and nurses). Clean, efficient and professional. Thank you.

The wait is ridiculous My 92 yr old mother had an appointment and we waited way over an hour to be seen f2 minutes The waiting room is small with a weird setup. Have to go back to follow up after a test.

Scheduling is worthless. Last month I waited 2+ hours in the lobby. The place closed and I’m still sitting there waiting. Today, I asked to please not make me wait that long. I wasn’t feeling well for other reasons (related but not direct). An hour into my scheduled appointment, I’m told there are still 4 people ahead of me. I left. Why have an appt time?
