The front desk staff are nice. The nurses are great. Clean. Efficient. Nothing bad to say. Although the Dr that I saw today could have used a little more bedside manner. He examined me, made me feel as though I wasn’t “sick” enough for him to waste time on me. I’ve been there before. I saw a different Dr. I’ve always been pleased except for today with Dr. Dickenson. I believe was his name.
My boyfriend went in for a sharp pain in his back. The doctor gave him muscle relaxers and told him he was dehydrated. We left and went to his brother house and he passed out twice and landed himself in the hospital for 3 days and we found out the real problem. I will never go back. That doctor was careless and didn’t listen to anything. He was in a rush and ready to get us out.
Doctor Skinner is just the best!! ❤️❤️ He is awesome and all the nurses are wonderful and friendly. Makes being so sick a lot easier!🙏🙏❤️❤️
I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN !!! THE NURSES SUCK HERE !!! SUCKY ATTITUDE & SUCKY CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! THANKS FOR TAKING MY $50 WHEN GETTING NO HELP !!! MY BP WAS A 146/109 & THEY ARNT GIVING ME BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE HE TOLD ME TO GO TO A FAMILY DOCTOR !!! WHICH I DONT HAVE A DOCTOR SO THAT’S WHY I CAME HERE!! (I CAME HERE FOR A SINUS INFECTION BUT THE NURSES MENTIONED MY BP WAS HIGH) ALSO, THE LAST TIME I CAME HERE THE DOC TOLD ME TO GOOGLE MY SYMPTOMS...WHO TELLS A PATIENT THAT ?!?!
I was in town for ArtFields (Lake City) and developed a painful infection. The folks at McLeod Urgent Care were fantastic! The ladies at the front desk checked everyone in very quickly and I was taken care of within an hour. Dr. Lowther and the nursing staff were very professional and caring. I highly recommend!!
I can’t remember the doctors name that i seen. But she was wonderful as well as the nurse and the two ladies that took my blood. And i didnt have to wait long at all. Everyone was very nice.
Excellent medical service. The staff are really professional and friendly! The treatment is quick!
