Not impressed with this office at all. My PCP sent a referral 2 wks ago and I still don't have an appointment they keep telling me it's being reviewed. Will not be going to this rheumatologist. If that's the way they treat patients who need to be seen I don't want to find out what it would be like if I did become a patient there
If I could leave 0 stars I would. It is not the knowledge of my doctor that is the issue, it is the complete lack of followthrough in caring for patient needs. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for more than 3 months but the older woman at the counter has been utterly unsuited for the complexities of managing computers, copiers, phones, appointments and even face to face inquiries.
