I had a new patient appointment with Dr Dineen on July 23rd. I received a call from Kim at their office who gave me directions to the wrong office. Obviously I missed my appointment. She assured me they would get me an appointment for the 24th or Monday July 27th. I didn’t hear from them and called Monday morning, the woman said they would call me with an appointment. I then received a call from Cissaly (?sp) with a proposed appointment for November. I am recovering from a collapsed lung and lung surgery and need to be seen.... read more
