My husband and I both went in high hopes of having good care. My Dr. Did not listen to my heart, lungs or anything. The portal showed my lungs sounded clear. My husband's blood work from a different Dr there showed a few concerning things. He went on the portal, left messages, still no word. Just horrible.
The receptionist is very loud and rude, when we checked in and paid co-pay she informed me and everyone else in waiting room we had a balance due of some $176.00 or something like that, I don’t feel that’s something that needs to be broadcast for entire waiting room to here, furthermore it was for ER visit two weeks prior and was being processed by insurance company and a bal due bill hasn’t been generated at that point in time, it appears that she needs some training as to proper office procedures.
No communication; lack of follow through and simply no compassion.
