I'm sick of this automated phone system bs. I have never been on hold less than 30 minutes including today. Today was another 30 minute wait but was transferred to who knows where just to get hung up on. Also, you leave a message that never gets responded many times. Worthless system.... How can you do business like this?
Whitney is great! She listened to my mom's concern and helped her with pain management. She severe OA of both knees and her hips, there will be replacements in the near future. More to come as this progresses with her care.
First of all this is an issue just trying to see the doctor. Our first appointment was Sept 25th with the NP. This visit went well and appreciate test ordered and completed. Next visit was scheduled for Nov 29th at 1:15. We arrived at one but was told the doctor was behind and still had to see 2 patients then would be taking lunch before seeing us. So we rescheduled for Dec 20 th at 1045. We arrived at 1030 to make sure there would be no delay on our part. An hour later after the lobby had emptied twice we decided to leave. ... read more
