I had a visit here today. The receptionist was very sweet and patient with me. The nurse’s who did my triage were kind, they listened to me, and they validated my concerns. The doctor I saw I felt listened to me, he didn’t push medication on me that I didn’t want to take, but instead found an alternative option. As someone who also works in healthcare, I am very impressed with my entire experience today and plan for all my future health needs to be taken care of through them.
I am extremely disappointed with our recent visit to the Emergency Room 7/5/25. The doctor we saw, completely misdiagnosed my child. My child had rapidly growing blisters on the foot and leg that were clearly spreading, bursting, and causing severe itching. I explained to the doctor that my child attends a summer camp where at least five other children have the exact same symptoms — fast-developing, itchy, fluid-filled blisters that appear and spread within hours. Everyone was very friendly from the receptionist to the doctor. The facility was not “industrial” like other hospitals I’ve been to. It was more welcoming. I never felt rushed. When I spoke to the doctor and nurse, I felt that they were actually listening to me. They addressed my concerns very well. I may have just been lucky, but the wait time wasn’t bad. This place is amazing the staff are really caring amd fast I love them
I came in today with an emergency and they immediately got me in. I didnt even have to sit down. Everyone was so kind. There was even the sweetest elderly woman passing out warm blankets. The doctor was great and so were the nurses
