I've always had great experiences with McLeod. Honestly, it is the best medical system I have ever been under the care of. The physicians and nurses are always friendly, take the time to listen, and you get a sense that they actually care. I intend to be moving to the area soon, and intend to trust my life and my care to McLeod!
I had to go to the ER and it was a relatively short wait time, courteous administrative staff, excellent nurses, and they listened. That was the most important part of my experience, they actually listened.
Very bad service, really the worst, when we arrived, they had us waiting for more than 10 minutes and the supposed patient, or whatever, with an attitude that was too horrible with terrible attention, they made us go to their rooms and they delayed SIGLOS IN DIVE IN A ANSWER, I had pain and to give me morphine or something else for the pain, they gave it to me every time they remembered, in truth, HORRIBLE, of all the nurses, only ONE was kind, one of many, more spent talking about stupidities instead of doing their job.
Top notch care! Knowledgeable competent staff.
