This was an echo appointment. I had 9:30 on my calendar so when my grandson called and forgot his math book I thought I had just enough time and might still make it by 9:15 for early registration. But the bridge was out on that road and I had to drive around it, along with 2 blood sugar drops. I called at 9:15 to say I was almost there but had to detour around the bridge…pressed2 to speak to someone but no one answered. Dr. Lang and his staff are very professional. They were attentive to my needs and provided thorough feedback concerning my test results.
I haven't even been seen yet but I have to make sure you all know. I have been having a bad day and dealing with insurance and I have talked with Renee in the referral department and she was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and even got me scheduled. I will come back once I see the actual provider but she went above and beyond to help me.
My experience with this group has been wonderful 💕 😊 💖
