I am only giving this place a 2 because the office staff, nurses and techs were very nice. Dr. Everman on the other hand didn't show any care or compassion during my first visit. She was in no hurry to try to get to the bottom of what my problem was. She was very dismissive and made me feel like I didn't even have an issue. My mother has been a patient of Dr. Everman’s office, and unfortunately our experience has been consistently disappointing. There have been multiple occasions where she has experienced flare-ups related to her heart failure and needed to be seen by her physician. Instead of receiving timely care, she was either offered an appointment several months away or simply instructed to go to the emergency room. Don't waste your time with her You see your one time and then after that it's all nurse practitioners she doesn't have the time for 1 on 1 relationships with patients She sees you one time and then passes you offI had an appointment today for 920 when I got there they had no record of it changing cardiologists no good
The staff are quick, they don't loaf around. The clerk Joy is especially helpful and kind. They are all clean, properly dressed, and respectful.
