Having episodes of afib, multiple er visits and one overnight stay in the hospital. These people don't care about me as a patient at all. Dr. Jackson hasn't responded or had anyone check on me despite supposedly being informed of these things. No one in the office, including the office manager, will take responsibility for the never ending delays for auths for testing. I'm going to be looking for a new cardiologist. I'm done. This could literally kill me and they couldn't care less.
My husband was sent to seacoast hospital and told he needed a catherization. He has seen Dr. Jackson for many years however his associate Dr.christopher Sossou did the procedure. After being told by the nurse and my husband twice not to go through his arm he did it anyhow when he was in there he nicked a vessel in the heart and couldn't successfully unblock the artery. After the procedure my husband had to go to ICU and was basically ignored there now he is having a lot of problems with his arm there is an artery occlusion t... read more
