I’ve been doing commercial automotive insurance with Macklemore Insurance for a long time, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. They rarely answer the phone, and getting a callback is nearly impossible. Communication is slow, unreliable, and honestly unacceptable for a business that’s supposed to support commercial clients who need timely service. When you’re running a business, you can’t afford to wait days just to get basic questions answered or problems resolved. I would not recommend this company.
