This company sold me a house, and told me that they had paid a year of my HOA. However, after three months at my residence, I got a bill for $400. When I asked what had happened, they told me that the person who said they would pay for a year only paid for a quarter. Then, they had the nerve to tell me that due to me getting money back on my purchase I should not be complaining.
