I called to have someone come look at the light in my pool and give me estimate to replace. No one told me that there is a service call charge or any fee for diagnosis. An Appointment was booked, which no one showed at and I had to call to figure out what is going on. After the technician arrived and figured out that the light needs to be replaced (which is the reason I asked them to come the first place), only at that point I was informed that there is a service call charge and a fee for the diagnosis of the issue.
