My first time there I was in the waiting room for about 45 minutes (they had "forgotten about" me). Then in the testing room after the test for another 30 after the test. My previous optometrist had died and all his records were transferred to McLean County Eye Care. When I went to get mine they asked my name, but not DOB or anything else and gave me another John Evans' file- blatant lapse of HIPPA protocol. Was the best experience I have ever had at an eye appointment. The staff was awesome. Felt like they knew me. Sales person did not try and push new frames. Told me that mine were good to have new prescription. No presure to purchase new ones. Look forward to my next visit. Thanks
Friendly staff and caring doctors
First time with Dr. Dunn and staff! I was setting the bar high before my appointment and they went above and beyond! WOW!! I can't even put into words how happy I am with my choice in eye care!! Amazing technology and super knowledgeable! If you are looking for eye care, THIS is your place to go!!!
I've been a patient here for several years, and I'm always impressed with the atmosphere the office has. Instead of a cold, clinical environment, it is warm and inviting. The staff is friendly and engaging. I'm always relaxed, and feel I get a complete, and accurate exam. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
Have been going here for 15 years. Very knowledgable doctors (have seen Landis and Dunn), and friendly and professional staff. Take an interest in understanding the whole patient, not just their eyes!
