Been trying to order $2k worth of parts from them for 3 days. Been told for 3 days they’ll call back. They never do. Subaru is the same way. They obviously don’t care if they sell to commercial accounts. “What’s your phone number? Well pretend we’ll call you back and never will…” This isn’t a new development or a one time thing either. Been going on for years. Guess I’ll buy from Junge instead. 🤷🏻♂️

I can't say enough great things about my experience with the service department for McLaughlin Volvo! For over a year, my 2015 XC60 had been experiencing ongoing issues that multiple mechanics in the area misdiagnosed or completely misrepresented.
