Lost my business. Making an appointment is super frustrating, and when it is finally made it takes forever to get the work done. 2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change is unacceptable.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Crossroads of Sumter was frustrating from start to finish. I scheduled an appointment and was given clear expectations on timing and cost, but those expectations weren’t met. Communication was inconsistent, I had to chase multiple updates, and the timeline kept slipping without explanation. Called several times when the company was "switching" over to new co. We needed a recall on our truck fixed. Never got an appointment. So went to another dealer. Another recall came in..called again all went to a "non human". After 3x I tap # for sales. Talked w guy n asked for service. Put me back to "non human" again. So again I got next day sevice from another dealer with a human answering the phone.
Great customer service and thorough with recall repairs. Communication could be better.
