I have called multiple times and put in an online inquiry in the past few weeks and no response.
I recently took my Bronco Sport in for an electrical issue at Crossroads Ford in Sumter SC. Kevin the service advisor was very professional and clearly explained the work that was performed. I found him to be very customer focused.
List of things to look out for Do you want your advisor to give you an attitude Do you want updates on your vehicle so you know what's happening You expect a professional environment If you answered yes to any of these questions this is not the dealership for you I had to call and then go up there to find out about my car to just get attitude from advisor It turned out to be the service manager he was very rude NEVER AGAIN Long time customer of a McLaughlin this is not McLaughlin
Lost my business. Making an appointment is super frustrating, and when it is finally made it takes forever to get the work done. 2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change is unacceptable.
