Took my car up there a few weeks ago to get worked on when they brought my car around it was making a noise that it was not making john came out and heard the noise I was talking about then took my car around back and said it wasn't making the noise anymore and said if it happens again give them a call so he can get it back in there. We'll when I call and get transferred to the vw service department no one answers I've left voicemail and no one calls back. My car was fine until they did the work.

Just needed a serpentine belt replaced. Took them all day to complete. Used excuse that they were “waiting on parts store” to deliver belt. Told me that multiple times throughout the day. I offered to take an Uber to get the belt but they kept saying it was on the way. Terrible service.
