They intentionally ordered cheap parts that didn’t properly fit the car to maximize their profit you could literally press on it and the whole bumper would fall off pointed this out They tried to blame Insurance For ordering cheap Chinese parts in their words when they are in charge of ordering the parts only brought it here because they have a ford certification which apparently doesn’t mean much. Do not bring you vehicle here unless you want shady work, no communication, or if you don’t need your vehicle for about 2 months

If I could give a zero I would. I went to get an estimate and I was told I had to make an appointment. I had to wait a week! Finally, I arrive at my appointment and the woman was 30 minutes late that was suppose to do my estimate. We go outside and literally takes her less than 5 minutes to gather her information. She tells me that she is going to lunch and would have my estimate ready by the end of the day. Needless to say, I am still waiting on that estimate (days later)!
