We had a minor accident affecting the rear bumper & lift gate on our Corolla Cross Hybrid. We took it to the North center & dropped it off. During this process we met a gentleman named Moe. It took longer to get the parts than thought so I had not removed my grandkids car seats. Moe offered several times to bring the seats on his way home from work. Customer service- Horrible!!! Lied to me, 4 times, when car ready for pickup!!! I called for a update, woman lied to me, said car being painted. Lies!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH MCLARTY!!!! VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
