Wow! Complete 180! I had the worst experience with Mclaren of Scottsdale. I didn’t think it was possible to turn it into a decent experience. But then I got a call from Ralph who explained that there was a new owner and Ralph was now in charge of service. Not only did he take care of me and my car, but he went out of his way to make up for all the lies and broken promises from the previous service manager. I even bought a service plan and look forward to taking my Mclaren back for everything it needs in the future. Thank you... read more
