Total 5 star ER experience. Special shout out to Dr Matthews the meds you prescribed gave relief within hours. Great Staff, friendly, personable. CT scan Carnival ride no extra charge! Highly recommended! Keep up the great work!
Took 15 minutes to register for one xray when there was only one person ahead of me. The registration staff was chatting with the other patient and told her they didn't need to scan her ID and insurance since it was just done yesterday. When I went up she said she needed to scan mine and I told her I was also seen yesterday and she said they have to be scanned each time. The registration took 10 minutes. Once I was taken back, it was very quick.And they were very pleasant.
I and my daughter have had to come to the oxford location 3 times now every time the entire staff we've interacted with beyond amazing ive already recommend people to go here instead of the lapeer location. The oxford location not only super clean but super friendly and best er trips ive ever had!!! Didn't want to go to er but did and it was nothing but a fabulous 10000 stars!!
