We have been waiting an hour and 40 minutes just for an IV. They are not busy or packed and still have not been visited by a Dr or nurse.
Dr. Basak & staff are outstanding. The staff left a note for dr Basak as I was too sick to come there. Got a call back as promised and Dr.Basak called in script for me. This isn't the first time he has went above & beyond this is because he genuinely cares for his patients. The staff are extremely helpful and always pleasant & caring as well.
I've been going there for years!! Very happy with everyone there!
