Doctors are not on top of things , wont fill a prescription when you called many times ! They don’t take care of peoples health ! I would not recommend!
Our Dr for 30 years Chris Milan retired last yr so my wife and I were assigned to Racheal Chopka, what a fantastic addition to the Gaylord medical community. She took her time, explained issues thoroughly, offered natural ideas instead of automatically pushing drugs (which she offered) and really seemed to care. Incredible experience and highly recommend.
When it was owned by our local doctors it was a great place. I have been going there for years. They seem to have a staffing problem. I have had two nurse practitioners assigned to me, but they all seem to leave the practice within a short peroid of time. Called today to see whomever they may assign me for ear pain. They couldn't see me until July 31. Today is July 8th. Staff is great , McLearn management is terrible.

What's the point of an on-call doctor if when you call them because they didn't transfer your script to another pharmacy on time for you and now you're going to go without it and they tell you they can't do anything till Monday because they are at home and not at the office? Well what CAN you do when you're on call? What does that even mean?
