The doctors in this office are now using AI to write their visit summaries. Even when asked not to use it, they still do. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Now I understand why they lost most of their staff at the beginning of the year.
Don’t waste your time/money here! You’ll see a different doctor every time you go. It must be a terrible place to work.
I've been waiting for a month now for my MRI results. They keep telling me it's on Drs desk and I even went in person to get results and lady at front desk said they can't give until Dr looks at it...I keep calling and leave a message about getting my results and still nothing. Why just why?
These doctors here seem to love to hold things over you. Like not refilling the prescriptions. Must be em basically by calling continuously. They act like it's a "problem" to get your prescription sent over. It's strange because other physicians I deal with have no issues refilling medications. Seems like there's a lack of respect for patients and they enjoy having power and control over patients at McLaren. A family doctor PCP shouldn't be this way.
