Have a McLaren 570 Spider with a dead battery, called them about six times over a week about either sending over someone or towing it to get the car opened since the physical key wasn’t working. Every time the service center personnel was busy with someone else. Did manage to speak to someone once, Javier, but they said they’ll call back but left me hanging. Terrible service and follow up. Won’t recommend.
Took my McLaren in for service and somehow my charger never got returned. I’ve called, emailed, and still nothing. The value of this place is going down faster than a car with a salvage title. Every time you call, there seems to be a different service manager extreme turnover!! . Not to mention, I take my car in for service and two days after getting it back, I’m dealing with the exact same problem.
