I bought over 20 new cars during my life time. I totally understand the purchasing process, especially from an exotic car dealer. One day I emailed Mclaren Newport Beach after hours and Matthew Parsons called the early the next day. I made an appointment to come see the 2025 Artura spider. Great service from the parts department. Spoke with Jonah and he was very professional and helpful.
This is the worst place to get service done. They break things that were not broken when you bring your car. They deny it and get upset with you for calling them out on their mistakes. They refuse to own it. The services manager is awful!!!
Asked about a lease (after I inquired via the website for two weeks and no one responded, a first for a car dealer). To my query on the residual and how much the car would be discounted "so that I can see how close we can come" the response (from the sales manager, so that gives you an idea of the so called culture of the dealership) was: "the are no deals here that is the price and this is it" .
