I was brung by an ambulance for a high fever when I got there my fever was 103 and my pulse was 110 . I had uncontrollable shakes bad body aches and more symptoms I explained to them Shortly after getting in room they brung me Motrin and drew some blood . the nurse who drew my blood didn’t know what she was doing the Iv keep falling out and my vein blew my arm is still bruised and sore . Been sitting around for a half hour for chairs still ain't received any, and on top of that the lady that said she'll get some, walked past twice since she said she was getting them, we have a 4month that's waiting to be seen, and we also have things to do and they've already said she looks fine to us, so why we gotta sit around for almost an hour just so we can ask to leave
Literally go anywhere else. There’s like 10 people in the waiting room but they just keep repeating the same robotic line, we are busy. Half the ER and hospital is empty and shut down because they don’t have staff. They don’t take care of people in the hospital. My sister has had to go up there numerous times just to get them to do their job. Get my mom her pain meds. She was admitted but has spent 48 hours still in the ER. They ignore her, yell at her. 0 STARS!!!!!!! This by far is the worst hospital I've been to. They kept my pregnant friend in the psych with NO water! Kept her in the dark about absolutely everything. Wouldn't let her see her own ultrasound. Wouldn't let her know what was going on at all whatsoever. The front desk staff were absolutely horrid. They wouldn't write her a note for missing work. She may be getting fired. 1000/10 DO NOT come here if you want to keep your job. The most clueless people you could ever meet.
I had an emergency appendectomy today and I would rate it a 10/10 from a patient care perspective. Check-in, CT, nursing, and surgery were all excellent.
