Their dedication and compassion truly made a significant difference during my time at McLaren macomb! Lauren consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and empathy. Clean. Fast. Efficient and very knowledgeable staff from the moment I walked in to the moment I left.
My dad was brought here by ambulance lights and sirens because he couldn't breath. My dad also has Bladder cancer (7cm). When I was finally able to go back and see him, they had Interns who had no clue what they were doing, doing an ultrasound on my dads heart and couldn't find the heart valve 😡. When I went to the bathroom the shower had human feces all over the wall. I have pictures. I will NEVER bring him here again.
Hospital with a 2.0 rating should be investigated! Monitored as well! My family member was here dirty bed sheets, then they had the nerve to change it and give him a second dirty sheet, they tell him to put on a gown with no 2cd sheet for privacy of course and the curtains were half open, smh sheet to cover his legs I assume smh, bed smelled of urine; Oh no! he had to get a non-custodial person to change sheet; it was scary. Severe pain he had, oh yes, very severe, they send him home, not even 20 and 30 min in for the pain ... read more
1st time here, brought someone and I myself will Never come again. Was put in a room full of others, barely a curtain, mostly everyone in the open. Hook you up to iv and leave and take hours to come back. Just blabbing everyone's personal business and diagnosis with absolutely no privacy. Can anyone say Hipaa. Not for me, never again, I'm disgusted.
