The staff were great however the wait time for bloodwork was greater than an hour. During my visit several people got up and left angry. There are signs hanging that indicate there might be a delay due to short staffing! These signs have been there for quite some time. And only one phlebotomist to accommodate everyone????? Not to mention no lunch for phlebotomist for a 10 hour shift! Do better McLaren!
I have been there 4 times. 3 out of 4 were "new patient" visits as they have had new staff almost everytime i go. So I go to get my prescriptions filled, "sorry we have to have you come in for a first time visit." But I have been going there over a year. I'm not a new patient your doctor is new. If it wasn't every time I go i wouldn't be upset. I have you guys cancel and then have me go in weeks later. Bad service to cause more unhealthy people.
There are no words to adequately describe the gratitude I have for Dr. Vrutant Patel. I truly believe he is an angel on earth. He literally saved my life, but beyond his incredible medical expertise, it was his heart that moved me the most. I would strongly caution others before scheduling with Dr. Saira Sundus. I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, which was already frustrating. However, the bigger issue was that when the doctor finally came in, she did not have any of my recent lab results from January or February—despite them being completed through my primary care provider.
