I had an outstanding service experience at Aston Martin Beverly Hills. I brought in my 2025 Aston Martin Vantage after getting a warning for a slow tire leak just as I was about to leave town for a few days in Palm Springs. Top notch service! Sabastian was amazing! He understood my concerns and acted quickly. He got my car to the back to get scanned immediately. Luckily for me, it was just a low voltage issue. Sabastian was able to give me some good pointers to incorporate in order to keep my car healthy.
Do not go here. It took them 2 weeks to take my car in, and after 8 days, we are still waiting on approval to fix the car. They have done nothing and can’t tell me when I can have my car back. My advisor is Sebastian. He loves giving me excuses instead of actually performing. I bought my car from a Beverly Hills dealership last month. Horrible experience.
Owning any exotic car is expensive Good service astronomical prices. I was quoted 1400 for a windshield wiper bottle. 🤑
