Billing Department: AWFUL!!!! I mean Deplorable! Unfortunately with all of the difficulty we are having with the billing department, I've forgotten whether the service was adequate. This is the worst lab service, I can't believe you have no weekend hours or evening house. Your hours should be like 7:30-7p M-F, and Saturday 7:30-4p like Beaumont and Henry Ford. Shame....to all of administration for not making this workable for your patients!
Worst blood draw in my life. (I’ve had my blood drawn hundreds of times in my life). I had an elderly woman named Marcia. She was so slow from the beginning , judged me based on the test i was getting done, she couldn’t even see clearly where she was poking me, poked me multiple times on the wrong spots and gave me a hematoma on my left hand, it’s all bruised up and painful.
