Fast helpful service, and welcoming to my 3-year old who was with me.
I could not find the place. I was very concerned about many things because there was not one sign out front indicating that I was even in the correct location. When I came in the unmarked doors of the unmarked building, I went down a dark stairwell and had to find which office was the lab. Then, when I got to the door, it was locked. The lab tech was very kind and very efficient but I was very disappointed that I had to pass the place several times before I finally called and got a better idea of where I needed to be.
