I had an 8am appointment. When I arrived the lab was not open and no one came until after 9am. There were several other people who came and left because the lab was not open. There was no place to sit. We found some chairs in a back room that we put in the hallway to sit on. The lab attendant that finally arrived was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. Visited this location today with my Daughter. We both went as a 'walk-in' apt at 8am when they first opened. The staff was very friendly and did a really great job. Special shout out to Porsche who was so fast and gentle and did an awesome draw!!!!

Easy to get to, plenty of parking, elevator to lower level for those who may not be able to take the stairs. Plenty of chairs in no frills waiting room. Women working there this morning (7/10/25) were friendly, and efficient. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time, and was done 2 minutes after my appointment time. Phlebotomist was efficient and knew what she was doing.
