My test results were never sent to my primary care physician. I have called and called leaving messages for the past 3 weeks. Something has to be done about the no response, yet took my money easily. Do not have tests done at this lab. Your doctor will never receive them and you won't be able to obtain them because they only have voicemail and no one ever calls back as it says they will!
I would never go back to this lab again. It took forever to just get my blood drawn and after13 days my doctor still had not gotten the results. I even called them and they had them said they would get it to the dr but still had not.
Lab staff needs to spend less time griping about coworkers within ear shot of waiting patients.... And more time caring for those patients
