I went to the E.R. because I have been sick with the covid symptoms and wanted to make sure that I wasnt going to get my family sick from whatever I had. got there and I had a normal temp. so they put me in the lobby after waiting almost 30mins. I got up and ask them if they was ever going to get my information. and they took my information and I was seen. I got the covid test. I was told to log into the portal. that it takes 24 to 48 hrs for the results. so. when I did. it stated data branch on it. then when I tried to get ... read more
RecommendedAll staff I saw when I was hospitalized were really great. Even when understaffed they checked on me every hour or at least every two hours. All staff were considerate, caring and punctual. I recommend McLaren Greater Lansing Hospital to everyone who asks about hospitals in the area.

RecommendedI went to McClaren Macomb ER on 11/08/20 in the eve. The place was packed and I still received prompt attention and care. Dana was amazing!!! such a sweet compassionate girl. The other girl who cared for me (blonde, Dana's friend) was also great. After spending 5 hours there and witnessing what that staff goes through, seizures, strokes, bones sticking out of legs and Covid everywhere...they all deserve our respect and understanding. Well done Sunday ER staff. Thanks for fixing me up.

Seriously don’t come here if you want any chance at quality patient care. I was born here, and as a frequently very sick kid I used to come here a lot. This hospital has gone DOWNHILL FAST and I will be taking all future treatment to Henry Ford. This isn’t just one nurse or doctor, I’ve been here for a couple days and every single staff member has made serious mistakes. It takes a lot for me to complain like this, but I honestly don’t want any family or friends coming here if I have anything to do with it. So disappointed.

literally been sitting here an hour waiting for a covid test for a surgery. only 4 people in the lab waiting room, and its been an hour waiting. walk over to the lab, and they tell me "salina" from patient registration hasn't even brought over my orders. DO NOT GO TO McLaren hospital for amy of your needs! They are slow, do not do their job properly, do not care about your time. but instead, will make you sit INSIDE with a bunch of other COVID Patients, waiting to be tested, when you are only there for twsting foe surgery. RecommendedHad a hysterectomy on 10/15/20. Had the best care ive ever had at a hospital. The nursing staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help me. Came in with pain at a 7 or 8, left with pain at a 2. i can not say enough great things about the nurses! I cant thank you enough for the wonderful care! Thank you so much!!😍👏
A mess. Absolute mess. Nurse calls and says my husbands procedure is scheduled for 4pm but be here at 2pm. Then calls AGAIN and says come at 230pm the procedure will be at 430pm. We leave our house at 1pm because we live an hour away. IT IS NOW 5 pm we’ve gotten as far as pre surgery. Only time we’ve seen a nurse was for them take equipment. My husband is starving hasn’t eaten since 10 the night before and thirsty. 😒

RecommendedI had to go into the emergency for a procedure today and they were amazing! They were informative and caring. The security guy at the emergency room doors was super friendly and took care of everyone like they were his friends forever!
