They refused to see my son. They told me to take him to urgent care but urgent care doesn't know his medical history. And urgent care never does anything for him. I've never had an issues with holt family practice until now.
they dont return phone calls and they shut their phones off at 3:00 so you can't call them
They apologize for not getting back to you but you can email them through their login and they read it and never respond. One Dr told me it’s because McLaren pressures them to take more appointments so I seriously have to schedule an appointment because they can’t answer one question about my labs and referral.

great doctors, awful office staff, impossible to talk to a human and they don't return phone messages, they won't return calls from my pharmacy either so at least I know they are rude to everyone and not just patients.
I really like Dr. Annis. He's nice and understanding and takes the time to listen to you but I'm so close to switching offices so I don't have to deal with the staff. They never answer the phone and when you leave a message 8/10 times no one ever calls you back. It's really frustrating.
