Does anyone else notice it is the same response back that they care about your satisfaction. No they dont. I already did a complaint & they said they would investigate the issue then 2 months i get a letter stating they follow protocol & did everything possible they could for me. My son was livid. I had fell & shattered knee cap & injured other one. I live by myself & I couldn't walk but yet they still sent me home with no help knowing I live by myself. Terribly long wait! Check in is NOT organized!! Keep having to go to different people to give them the same information! Does not keep you updated on progress on your case!
Nothing wrong with the care, however if you have a registered service dog, don't bring it with you. I was told my dog, even though being registered as a service dog was not an actual service dog..Make sure your dog is atleast a year old and fully trained or it will not be allowed in. My dog is only 6 months old and being trained. According to Mclaren Private Security you will not be allowed in with your dog. I have been in the waiting room for over 5 hours and 30 minutes. People who just came in are going into the back before me. I am not sure who runs this but it needs a better set up. The hospitals in Florida have a 15 minute ER wait. Once again, the hospital named for our insurance. My mom once again sits in the lobby in excruciating pain and the chart nurse in the ER laugh and smirks when I ask what is going on. Very rude people. My Grandma was Recently in the ER for Chest pain. Her Nurse Melanie was incredibly knowledgeable with great bedside manner and I can tell she really has a compassionate heart taking care of others. Myself, my mom and my family appreciated the care we received while we were there. Most of the doctors were easy to speak with as well. We really felt heard and cared for especially with how sick my grandmom was.
