Wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. Absolutely no urgency in an emergency room.
Tripped and fell and scraped my face and my knees at a rest stop. So looked for a nearby hospital and we were nearby this hospital so we went here… I went in and right away I had to go through security. Okay no problem.. then I checked in and they took my blood pressure and temperature and all that. Then I waited in the waiting room I’d say a good hour until someone called for me, they told me they were going to do a CT scan on me if I broke any bones and they told me to wait in the waiting room again.. These people have no urgency! They literally do not care!
They put me in a storage closet and had the nurses verbally harass me. They used a nurse supervisor to intimidate me, demand to know my education level, and basically not pay attention to any of my patient rights.
