I have had to go to the McLaren Flint ER with a few scary things. These are all good people doing their best in an often difficult situation. I was satisfied with the care I received and was dealt with in a patient and courteous manner by every staff member I encountered. You may experience long wait times, which can be difficult while in pain or think your life is in danger. Please try to show these people the same courtesy they try to show us. I’ll absolutely use them again without reservation.
First time coming to the ER here.Checked in with their online portal so I won’t have to wait so long in the ER. Still waiting they don’t even have any beds to treat patients. So they are just sitting us in the waiting room playing musical wheelchairs. It’s really a shame the workers can’t tell you ANYTHING at all. Waiting room smells unbelievably terribly pissy. I came to er because I was not feeling well they keep me in a wheelchair for 6 hours the doctor came in one time to see me and I'm still waiting on the doctor
Sat in the waiting room for over 3 hours with my wife to get stitches. puke on the floor for the hole time nobody bothered cleaning it. Finally got to a room to be stitched up waited another 2½ hours. I could understand if they were busy but they were dead slow. Absolutely ridiculous
My husband had a small 10 min procedure done and has been at this hospital from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm. Absolutely ridiculous it's taken a hour and a half after the procedure for me to have say something to the nurse about his discharge papers that she claims she has just had to do a few more things and she will be with us? And still has a IV in his arm not connected to any fluids. Not to mention he was here in pain for about almost 4 hours with out any pain management or even being seen.
