Worst ready care I’ve ever been to. Coming on a two hour wait time for a physical. If you can’t do this simple service it shouldn’t be offered. My time is just as valuable as the next person. No one is dying at ready care so everyone should be seen in an efficient timeframe. If you don’t mind wasting hours of your time sick, or not I would come here. I would never recommend this place. No compassion or care, and it’s literally in the name.
It's absolutely absurd to me that if you don't make it to your doctor's appointment on time they can bill you a fee for not being there and wasting their time but a doctor can completely waste your time by making you wait over an hour for a PHYSICAL. Utterly ridiculous.

Went in just to get a strep test. Waited over an hour in line JUST to get to sign in, with barely anyone there. When I finally did make it to the front desk the lady was very dismissive and rude to me for being a new patient and having never been by myself at an urgent care. Turned right around and went to isabella urgent care and was in and out in about half the time it took me just waiting here. Never again.
Please don’t come here. Go to any other urgent care or the CMU health clinic. I have had 2 negative experiences, with the doctors just rushing the process. I came in for a basic UTI, and they didn’t do a urine culture at all and just threw antibiotics at me. This messed up everything and made my infection 10 times more complicated, as now I have a bladder infection due to not being properly treated.
